As the Help Desk Lead, Matt Hughes is in charge of the help desk and its operations. He works to create and manage long-term goals for the Help Desk, trying to move their projects in a proactive rather than reactive direction. One of his most enjoyable tasks is working with the students and staff to help them find solutions to their problems. He would like to remind the community that the Help Desk is an excellent place to come with any and all technology questions. If they can’t help you, they can certainly find someone who can.
