Network outage due to power outage 06/08/08

Large portions of the campus network are down this morning due to several power outages around campus. Facilities is working to restore power. Once they have done that, LIS will work to restore network service. Buildings currently without network service are: Farwell, Baker Village, CFA, Koren, Campus House, Jensen, Farwell, Most of Union, Sampson, and Ylvisaker. Call pilot is also Down.


Update 06/08/08 9:30AM -- Call Pilot is now back up.
Update 06/08/08 4:30PM -- No news to report. Still no power, still no network service.
Update 06/08/08 5:50PM -- Network Service is restored to Farwell, Baker Village, and the Regents Center
Update 06/08/08 7:00PM -- Network Service is restored to CFA, Jenson, Koren and Campus House
Update 06/09/08 7:00AM -- Over night power was restored to the union. All Network service is back up at this time.
