Customize your LIS Blog notification frequency

It is now possible to customize how often you receive email updates from the LIS Blog!

If you click the link to “My Account” in the right-most sidebar and then select the “My Notifications” tab, you’ll see the options depicted below. Notification options include:

• never
• immediate
• daily
• weekly
  
  Within the Detailed Settings, depicted below, if you have chosen to set a customized frequency, you can disable “Notify of ALL new content.” You may also select the amount of each blog post to have emailed:
• Title only
• Title + Teaser (the first paragraph of a post)
• Title + Body (the entire post)

Finally, you can decide if you would like to receive updates of comments posted to blog posts. At the moment, comment updates are sent out once every three hours. Soon these will be available on the same schedule as full blog posts.

Don’t forget to click the “Save Settings” button at the bottom of the page if you change your settings!
