Facilities Management launches new work order tracking system

Facilities Management is now using a new system to allow campus users to submit and track requests for facilities services. The new web-base request submittal form allows the requester to identify the location and type of work being requested.

You can make a request by entering your email address on the form at fixit.luther.edu The first time you use fixit you will be asked to complete information such as your name and phone number. The password for all Luther users at the end of the work order request form

Fixit will send email notifications to you when you submit a request and when your request is completed. You can also see the status of all your requests in progress.
