Print/Copy Update

Tuesday through Thursday of this week, Michael Hartz and members of his team visited many locations on campus to verify computers were using printspooler.luther.edu and were not printing through direct IP addresses. This effort takes Luther one step closer to being able to track printing by customer. They worked on computers in the following offices: President’s Office, Admissions, Publications, Campus House, International Student Office, Health Services, LIS, SASC, Registrar’s Office and Development. Thanks to Michael and his team for their work getting this task done in such a short amount of time!

LIS will visit those using the Dell printers in Admissions, Biology, Public Information and Student Activities to do the same.

In addition, the Student Life copier will be configured to fax, scan, and print Friday morning and those who use the device will be set up to print to it. The HP LaserJet in that area will then be removed.
