  • Software Request – Request for AudialHub in the labs was made, but details unknown. Will have the requestor complete the software request form to provide additional information.
  • Service Points – Team has met twice and determined metrics that are being tracked now and will continue to be tracked after changes are made to measure the impact of any changes. The team will be touring the library this Friday afternoon to examine more closely what is where and how it’s being used in order to begin brainstorming co-location of service points possibilities.
  • Print/Copy – The new copiers in Koren, Student Life, and Financial Services are fully up and running with print/copy/scan/fax capabilities. The copiers in Olin and Main have yet to be replaced with Ricohs. Dining Services is in the process of acquiring a new copier, Counseling Services is waiting until the next budget year, and Campus Programming has decided to keep their current copier for now. Workgroup printers are being (or have been) installed in Campus Programming, Celebration Iowa, Main 6th floor, and Counseling Services because there was previously no workgroup printing available in those locations. Conversations have been requested by Athletics and Publications and are being scheduled. Billing for now is a manual process until GoPrint is fully implemented and usable for the billing of prints.
  • Research 101 – Ryan demonstrated http://lis.luther.edu/research101/ which contains information literacy tutorials. He and Andi modeled it after University of Washington Libraries and will be tuning it to contain LIS website look and feel this spring/summer and the next phase will be to Lutherize the examples. Ryan also pointed out http://lis.luther.edu/research/howto and http://lis.luther.edu/research/askus
