  • User Services Account Number – Team members are to use 34400 and not what has been used in the past. The old numbers are frozen and no longer accessible.
  • Exit Procedures – Began review of exit procedures by discussing what data is needed and when is it needed in terms of faculty/staff/students who leave Luther.
  • Printers – Reviewed how many personal printers and workgroup printers we have that work, that don’t work, where we store them, and discussed what to do with them. We will sell the personal printers that are functioning on the auction and recycle those that aren’t working.
  • Wireless Presenters – Discussed various options and requests that have been received. Decided to purchase one wireless mouse for Olin 206, with the intent being to purchase additional devices if it works well. Will also purchase one wireless presenter (same kind as in Valders 206) to be available for checkout.
  • H1N1/FMLA – An H1N1 update was shared with supervisors this morning by Winneshiek County Public Health and an update on FMLA was shared by HR. The presentations will be posted. Handouts on “Things I Can Do to Help Us Stay Healthy at Work” and “Things I Can Do to Stay Healthy” were distributed.
  • LIS Website – Discussed Updated LIS Web Site Testing Questions
  • Classroom Control Systems – Hardware vs software solutions will be discussed at the next User Services meeting.
