LIBRARY PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEETING

Present: Chris, Andi, Ryan, John, Jane, Lindy, Germano, Rebecca.

Andi spoke on the HEDS Research Practices Survey explaining the background and how we can and do use in connection with Paideia. Reviewed the survey for fall 2008 and spring 2009. She will be doing further meetings and bringing information back to the group.

Chris gave a follow-up on Scottie Cochrane’s visit. Has posted some information online. In connection with this, staffing plans were discussed.

John spoke on two online trials we have been trying—Cambridge Histories Online and Credo Reference. It was agreed we would purchase both of these.
