Print or other buttons not working in Gmail

Recently, a few on campus have called in to the Help Desk because they can not print from Norse Mail in Firefox. After doing some research I have found that this is a known Google issue and is also occurring in other browsers such as Google Chrome and Safari.

If this problem is encountered I have come up with a few options that seem to be temporary solutions. First, at the bottom of your Norse Mail page you can switch the view to Basic HTML. Although this view is a little ugly it does allow you to print again. Second, switch to Internet Explorer for your mail. Internet Explorer is currently not having this issue. A third option, on a Windows machine is to use the print screen option or on a Mac to use Grab.
