We are currently experiencing problems with the Katie server. Users have reported an inability to log into any accounts. This is affecting Staff and Students.

Phishing scam

The LIS Help Desk has become aware of a new Phishing Scam e-mail (shown below) purporting to be from the Help Desk. This is a scam and is not from LIS. Please do not respond.

The following message is a phishing scam. If you have received this message and responded to its contents please change your norsekey password immediately. If further issues occur contact the Technology Help Desk at x1000.

The LIS Help Desk has been made aware of a phishing email that has been delivered to many persons on campus. This is a phishing scam and seeks to steal your name and password. Please do not respond to this email with any personal information. The Help Desk will never seek names and passwords via email. If you have accidentily responded to this email message please immediately change your account password at http://norsekey.luther.edu .
