GoPrint Allowance Increases Now Available

Students may now request increases in their GoPrint allowance by filling out the Allowance Increase Request form at http://lis.luther.edu/goprint/increase.

Any student is eligible for the increase provided they have a valid reason (i.e. – research paper, senior project, etc) and have already spent $18.00 or more out of their existing allowance.

Latest News
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been laying the groundwork for an upgrade to our website’s content management system. Now – with most of the issues ironed out, I will be upgrading the LIS site to Drupal 6 this weekend, Nov. 14-15. The LIS site will remain available for normal use throughout the weekend, however a brief downtime will occur on Sunday afternoon when I “throw the switch” from the old version to the new.

Accounts are available by invitation only, and I have a number of invitations I’d like to offer up to members of the Luther community (students, faculty, staff). If you are interested, contact me directly, or send a note via the “Contact Us” link to the right.

This marks the first time I’ve attended a multi-day/multi-session event online, and have to pass on major kudos to EDUCAUSE for giving us the opportunity to attend locally, and for pulling it off with only a very few hitches.
