Windows XP - International Language Support
How to enable international language support in Windows XP.
- Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Settings.
- Click Languages and under Text Services and Input languages, click Details.
- Click Add and select the language you want.
- Click OK and then Apply.
Windows XP will now recognize International characters. An alternative option is to use Extended ASCII Characters. More information can be found here
