Participants will learn the fundamentals of Mind Mapping and will leave the workshop able to construct their own Mind Maps. Mind Mapping was originally developed to improve memory. It later captured the attention of people working in the field of creativity. As it evolved from a note taking to note making tool, the use of Mind Mapping exploded. Mind Mapping is an excellent tool for capturing one’s ideas and converting those ideas into products: articles, books, agendas, syllabi, lesson plans, projects, lectures, etc. The workshop will include a brief demo of a popular Mind Mapping software package. Participants will also receive a book that explains the Mind Mapping process and provides numerous real-life applications of Mind Mapping.
