This LIS training covers the Docs components of Norse Apps. All faculty and staff are welcome to attend this session.

Together, we will experience Norse Docs (which includes forms, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations) and the collaboration this product encourages. Other features we will explore include:

  • Creating a form that you invite people to complete via email
  • Versioning
  • Adding Comments
  • Creating Folders to Organize Files
  • Importing into Norse Docs
  • Exporting from Norse Docs

More information on the Norse Docs can be found at http://lis.luther.edu/learn/norsedocs.

In order to have hands-on access to a product so that you can experience it yourself, with the guidance of an instructor, skills training is available. The instructor will provide materials so you can follow along and try the exercises yourself. There will also be some time for you to experiment on your own. These sessions are 50-60 minutes in length.

More information on upcoming training and instruction is available at http://lis.luther.edu/learn.
