CBORD Server Swap

LIS and Dining Services are planning a server swap on Thursday March 27th with the remote help of CBORD technicians. CBORD predicts it will take 4 hours to complete the procedure. We do not have a start time set with them but we will let you know as soon as we do. The system will not be available to users during this time. The Micros terminals and cash registers will work off-line during the upgrade.

The upgrade will increase the speed at which reports run, speed up maintenance tasks and prepare for future Norse Key synchronization. There should be no changes needed on user's computers.

I will send out an email to users of the system on the 27th when the system is back up. Thanks for your patience.
