Equipment Loan

The Technology Help Desk maintains an inventory of equipment that is available for short term loan (i.e. less than 2 weeks). This includes (but is not limited to):

Laptops (Windows and Macintosh)
LCD Projectors
Projection Screens
Public Address Sound Systems
DVD/VCR Players
Televisions
Laser Pointers
External Zip and Floppy Drives

Check-out periods are typically less than 2 weeks. Equipment will be available for pick up at the Help Desk or special arrangements can be made for delivery. The Help Desk cannot provide individuals to run equipment but will assist with set-up when possible. Users are responsible for returning equipment to the Help Desk when finished.

Service Availability

Equipment Loan is available to Faculty and Staff of Luther College. Students and student organizations may also be able to use equipment in certain circumstances.
