Wireless

Wireless access is available in most academic and administrative buildings on the Luther College campus. Most dorms have wireless access to some degree as well. See the link at the bottom of the page for a coverage map and list.

Computers and devices accessing the wireless network must have Anti-Virus software, up-to-date Operating System patches, and be registered.

Network Name (SSID): LCWireless

In order to preserve the health of the campus network, individuals are not allowed to connect personal wireless routers or hubs. Exceptions may be made in locations that do not have wireless access and are determined on a case-by-case basis by the Technology Help Desk and Network Systems.
