Resources for the ACRL 2009 panel presentation “Rising Tide of Opportunity: Designing Effective Communication Strategies for Information Organizations” are located on this page. This presentation is an outgrowth of the LIS internal communication review in 2007-2008.

Luther students have continually stated in surveys that immediate feedback is among their greatest expectations of a course. KATIE's gradebook allows instructors to make students' grades transparent to them while retaining maximum privacy. It provides tremendous flexibility and functionality to adapt to various grading methods.
