Students H Drives now easily accessible on Windows Vista Lab Machines.

Students who use the general use Vista computers in Olin 113, and Sampson-Hoffland 190, 290, and 390 will now find that they can get to their H Drive network share without going through the process of manually mapping their shared folder to a letter. In the upper right-hand corner of the Vista desktop there is now a short cut entitled ‘H Drive” that gives students access to their personal shared folder.

Labs Closed for Easter Break

The question was asked this morning whether labs are open over Easter break. The answer is that labs are available whenever the building in which they are housed is open.

The library closes at 5:00 today and opens Monday morning. Likewise, other buildings on campus close at approximately 5:00 today when Security makes their rounds and will not be open until Monday morning. That means the labs in those spaces are not available until Monday morning.

Students living in residence halls will still have access to the lab in their hall.
