* Strategic meeting on MIDAS set for tomorrow morning at 9:00 in Mott.
* No weekly meeting next Tuesday due to the MISO Symposium.

* Xuming Virus - Is being found and destroyed.

* External Burner - Was installed for Art/Theatre/Dance per dept meeting held recently.  Still need account for the computers to be requested and created.

Lightening Round

* MLL Library Request - Conversations are continuing in regard to a library solution for the LLC and the possibility of using our existing system for the LLC collection.  Also pursuing the possibility of including HD laptops.  Groups continuing to research and will share perspectives next week.

Real-Time Agenda
* LIS Social Committee - Looking for a volunteer from User Services. Others on the committee
include 1 from AppDev/NetSys, Cindy H, 2 Librarians, and 1 from Technical Services. Jean D and Chris B will participate as appropriate.

This fall will bring about some modifications to meeting structures in LIS mostly to try to be a little more efficient with everyone’s time. We’ll also continue to look at asynchronous technology tools to help keep information flowing within LIS. LIS will gather monthly as a whole organization on the first Wednesday of the month (we’ll do so next Wednesday at 9:00 in Mott). These meetings will include some catch-up/social time, and some update reports from around LIS.
