Microsoft Announces DreamSpark

Microsoft DreamSpark is a program that will ultimately provide worldwide, free access to our developer and design tools to students. The first phase of the program started today, Feb 19, and includes college students in 10 countries around the world, including the United States. https://downloads.channel8.msdn.com/

Looking for Track-It! Feedback

At tomorrow’s GusDay conference I’ll be participating in a Ticket Tracking Round Table. Part of the session will include a description of the Luther experience using Track-It!. Track-It! users, if you have particular gripes or applause to assign to Track-It!, please send me an email so that I can more accurately reflect the departmental experience with this product.

Watchdog RFID System Implementing This Month

We’ll very soon have local training for our RFID system that will track master keys on campus. Installation has been progressing and we will soon have a fully-functional system in place. We are working with Security and Facilities on this implementation.
