Slight Change to Help Desk Site Design

The Help Desk website has ditched it's right side bar. If you're not a member of LIS or don't log in, then you'll only notice some more screen real estate dedicated to the main content of the page; a good thing, I think. If you're a content creator on the site, you'll notice that the left side bar now holds the modules that were previously on the right side. To keep the overloaded left side bar managable, you can now collapse and expand all of the modules at will. Let me know if you have comments.

lis.luther.edu Has Moved

Last night we cutover to a new version of lis.luther.edu living on our helpdesk web server. This helps relieve our general shared web server ada, and also has allowed us to do some upgrade work to provide secure connections for parts of the site that need it. Now all logins, administrative functions, and content editing is done via https connections to the server. There are one or two little glitches that need to be addressed, but it seems to functioning this morning. If you see anything amiss, please let us know. Thanks to Adam for making the move possible.
